Pharmacy Care Coordinator

The Pharmacy Care Coordinator is a fully remote, telephonic role focused on patient engagement, consent, and enrollment for a specialized mail-order pharmacy program serving patients with chronic kidney disease. The position involves high-volume outbound outreach to introduce pharmacy services, guide patients through enrollment, and document consent or decline in the electronic health record. This is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time employment.
