As a Phlebotomist at KEDPLASMA, you will guide donors through the plasma donation process by performing venipuncture procedures and monitoring their well-being during plasmapheresis. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment while operating donation machines, managing equipment calibration, and maintaining strict data integrity. This role involves educating donors on therapy importance, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, and responding professionally to any concerns or adverse reactions.
