About this role
Banner Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled, home-based physical therapy services to patients in the Tucson area. The role involves delivering care across a variety of clinical conditions (post-op orthopedic, neuro rehab, cardiac, etc.) within a supported but autonomous field environment, with assigned geographic territories and scheduled Monday–Friday hours. The agency provides mileage reimbursement, a company cell phone, and a tablet for electronic documentation.
