About this role
An Acute Care/Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist who evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to address movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, or disability. This is a limited-term PRN/Traveler Day Shift (PRN4) position based in Illinois with no weekend commitment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy

- Physical Therapist License - Missouri (Division of Professional Registration)
- Physical Therapist License - Oklahoma (Oklahoma Medical Board)
- Physical Therapist License - Wisconsin (Dept. of Safety and Professional Services)
