Physician Services Coordinator

The Physician Services Coordinator serves as the primary internal contact for Altais' service lines, managing day-to-day administrative operations and providing exceptional support to network physicians and office staff. This role involves advocating for the physician network, promoting strategic goals, acting as a patient portal representative, and facilitating onboarding for new providers. The coordinator also handles administrative tasks, tracks practice trends, ensures policy compliance, and serves as a liaison for resolving challenges related to electronic tools and operational processes.
