Placement Finding Specialist

The Placement Finding Specialist is responsible for identifying and securing stable, safe, and appropriate placements for youth in the best interest of their well-being. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Child Placing Agencies, facilities, and community partners to expand placement options while ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication with all stakeholders. The specialist monitors placement availability and follows up on status to ensure continuity and stability for the youth.
