Planned Maintenance Surveyor

The Planned Maintenance Surveyor will manage and deliver planned maintenance programmes for rental and Community Living properties, ensuring quality accommodation, value for money, and regulatory compliance. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external contractors, and residents to specify and execute high-quality works, including external repairs, internal refurbishments, and energy efficiency upgrades. The position requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly across various locations in England and Wales.
