Planning Intern

Rockwell Automation’s Internship Development Program (IDP) is an early-career rotational program within the Integrated Supply Chain organization designed to accelerate professional growth. Interns complete multiple six-month rotations across different functional areas and receive mentoring and development conversations to guide subsequent placements. The program is intended to prepare participants for a longer-term role after graduation aligned to their interests, with potential paths into technical or people-leadership roles.
