- Four Years Related Construction Experience
- ICC Commercial Building Inspector Certification
- ICC Commercial Plumbing Inspector Certification
- ICC Commercial Plans Examiner Certification (must be obtained within 12 months of hire)
- ICC Commercial Plumbing Inspector Certification (may be obtained within 36 months of hire)
- ICC Commercial Mechanical Inspector Certification (Preferred)
- ICC Electrical Inspector Certification or State Electrical License (Preferred)
