Plant Launch Manager

The Plant Launch Manager leads the plant team for program, product, or process launches, overseeing all plant tasks, deliverables, and events. This role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful new product launches, including tooling, hiring, and customer requirements. The position requires managing operational financial targets, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional team leadership.
