Plant Manager - NRO

The Plant Manager oversees the Chicago and Calumet sugar melt and packaging facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations while meeting business objectives and customer expectations. This hands-on leadership role involves managing all manufacturing operations, including packaging, maintenance, utilities, engineering, and quality, to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction. The position is part of a developmental rotational program designed to build multi-site leadership capabilities for future advancement within the ASR network.
