Porsche Club of America
This role is a two-year rotational developmental program for recent engineering graduates designed to train them as future leaders within PCA's corrugated packaging industry. Participants rotate through maintenance and production departments to gain hands-on technical training while completing process optimization projects focused on scrap reduction, throughput, and asset health. Successful completion transitions the engineer into a full-time leadership or management role aligned with their chosen career path.
