Plant Manager

This role is accountable for the operational performance of a manufacturing plant within ThermoKey's three-plant organization, leading a team of approximately 60 employees across three shifts. The position involves translating production plans into daily priorities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing people, materials, and equipment to achieve output and delivery goals. The role requires driving Lean daily management, improving KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and support continuous improvement.
