Plant Operator

The Plant Operator is responsible for safe and efficient operations in the fermentation and distillation areas of the facility, learning and operating the plant’s processes and Distributed Control System. The role includes following SOPs, maintaining logs, sampling and testing, and coordinating with maintenance, laboratory, and management while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
