The Plant SHE Section Manager supports the factory SHE Manager in developing and monitoring SHE strategies and KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local context. The role involves conducting internal audits, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain compliance with legal, customer, and certification standards. Additionally, the position oversees incident reporting, machinery safety, contractor management, emergency response, and SHE training to foster a strong safety culture.
