About this role
The UX Research & Product Operations Specialist is an individual contributor within Product & Strategy who owns product research and operations infrastructure to surface user insight and measure product health. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, CX, Revenue, and Operations to ensure decisions are grounded in high-quality qualitative and quantitative evidence and well-governed tooling. This position focuses on building repeatable research frameworks, governance standards, and executive-ready analytics to improve product outcomes across a $250M SaaS portfolio.
