This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with casino guests to drive revenue and retention through exceptional hospitality and service. The individual will proactively engage with guests on the casino floor, manage credit and complimentary offers, and utilize CRM tools to track interactions and meet financial targets. The position requires representing the company professionally at events and meetings while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies.
