Player’s Club Host

The Player’s Club Host is responsible for communicating the Player’s Club program, determining eligibility for complimentary services, and promoting the program to guests on the casino floor. The role provides superior guest service to mid and high‑end patrons, handles comp approvals, coordinates reservations and events, and ensures compliance with company policies and Virginia gaming regulations.
