PM Cook

We are seeking an experienced PM Cook to join our team, responsible for maintaining, setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared in the BOH operations. This full-time, onsite position at Marcerro at Nightsky involves preparing hot foods, handling products, and ensuring proper portions and quality for restaurant and banquet functions. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety while assisting with inventory and food supply ordering.
