About this role
Provides administrative support for People & Organization (P&O) processes for a predefined employee population, handling task-specific services independently and resolving lower-level issues. Works closely with P&O process experts to support activities such as recruitment, performance management, onboarding, talent management and succession planning. Contributes to process-improvement projects and ensures timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
