The Minneapolis Police Department is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Police Cadet program, designed to educate and train future Police Officers. Cadets will attend and complete a law enforcement program at an authorized institution to meet the academic and technical skills requirements of the Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) Board. Upon successful completion, cadets will be promoted to Police Officer when a recruit academy class is scheduled.
