Policy Manager

The Policy Manager will manage and continually improve the Trust's policy framework, ensuring policies are clear, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. This role involves leading policy development, governance activities, and training initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across the Trust. The position is remote-based with occasional travel to main hub spaces.
