Porter, Full Time

The Porter is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all common areas of the building to ensure they remain safe, sanitary, and spotless. This role involves daily cleaning of dining areas, bathrooms, elevators, and hallways, as well as waste management and snow removal during storms. The position also includes assisting tenants with moving belongings and replenishing supplies while ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
