The Portfolio & Operations Lead provides strategic oversight of commercial excellence and innovation priorities across AI, technology, data, and commercial excellence functions. The role translates strategy into a prioritized portfolio roadmap, manages governance, and leads cross-functional programs from planning through implementation. This position ensures alignment between China and international stakeholders while optimizing resources and driving value realization.

Responsibilities

Translate CEI strategy into a prioritized portfolio roadmap with clear ownership and decision points
Operate CEI and AIT portfolio governance including intake, prioritization, funding gates, and scale-or-stop tracking
Lead selected high-priority cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and adoption
