Portfolio Project Manager

The Portfolio Project Manager supports the Planning, Dispositions and Property Management unit by managing projects to improve the DCAS property portfolio, streamline processes, and generate revenue through property disposition. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing compliance and maintenance needs, and managing databases and real estate transactions. This position plays a critical role in reducing property management burdens and liabilities while ensuring the portfolio remains marketable and well-maintained.
