About this role

The Portfolio Reference Data Analyst Co-op supports the Reference Data team within Global Operations by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reference data across investment, operational, and client-facing processes. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain security setups, validate data changes, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and controls. The position offers broad exposure to the firm's investment lifecycle and foundational operational functions.

Responsibilities

Support investment teams with security setup and maintenance across equities, fixed income and derivatives
Analyze security documentation to assess portfolio eligibility and validate data changes
Coordinate with custodian banks and external vendors to obtain and update cash rates
