Practice Area Manager

The Practice Area Manager serves as an embedded operational business partner to a Tax Practice Area Leader, using financial and operational data to drive execution, remove obstacles, and coordinate resources. This role focuses on operational monitoring, follow-up, and hands-on support to ensure timely delivery and performance against budget. The position requires strong business judgment, financial fluency, and the ability to influence partners and senior leaders without direct authority.
