Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical care and manage medication prior authorizations for neurology patients
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Epic systems
• Obtain and follow up on diagnostic reports including laboratory and radiology results
• Maintain patient medical records and ensure strict confidentiality compliance
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members via phone and email
