Practice Manager II

The Practice Manager II provides operational leadership for practices with seven or more providers and/or two or more locations, overseeing daily operations, staff management, patient experience, and budgetary planning. Reporting to the Primary or Specialty Care Director, this role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of care while supporting providers, staff, and patients. The position involves managing clinical and administrative teams, optimizing provider schedules, and driving quality improvement initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.
