Pre-Construction Estimator - Manager

This role involves assisting Pre-construction Managers with procurement, process setup, and the completion of related tasks while participating in preconstruction training and performance. The position requires supporting new business development, marketing, and the establishment of client relationships through competitive bidding, budgeting, and forecasting. Additionally, the role entails creating quantity takeoffs, managing subcontractor and vendor relationships, and preparing thorough bidding practices and proposals.
