Preconstruction and Estimating Coordinator

This role provides coordination and administrative support to preconstruction and estimating teams, managing bids, proposals, and documentation with a focus on organization and accuracy. The position involves assisting with subcontractor outreach, data entry, and bid tracking to ensure timely project delivery support for multiple concurrent projects. It also includes coordinating with the prequalification liaison to support the prequalification of trade partners and maintaining organized systems for smooth preconstruction operations.
