Preconstruction Coordinator / Administrative Support

The Preconstruction Coordinator/Admin supports CORE’s preconstruction team across the full planning, estimating, procurement, and project startup lifecycle on K through 12, higher education, and civic/municipal projects. This role serves as a key liaison among preconstruction, operations, owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners, keeping bid solicitation, trade partner prequalification, risk management assessments, subcontractor outreach, document control, and project information organized, accurate, and on schedule. The position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple active projects and preconstruction assignments at once.
