The Preconstruction Director is a senior leader for the Texas Building Division based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing preconstruction efforts and coordinating with estimating and operations leadership. The role reports to the Vice President of Estimating and partners with Chief Estimators and Preconstruction Directors/Lead Estimators. This position is within a fourth-generation, family-owned construction firm focused on large commercial and infrastructure projects.
