Preconstruction Intern

The Preconstruction Intern will support Intrinsic Development's Project Management and Estimating teams with early-phase planning, document management, bid coordination, and cost estimating for multi-family and mixed-use development projects. The role provides hands‑on experience in preconstruction processes and exposure to the business side of real estate development.
