Preconstruction Estimator

An established NorCal general contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Estimator to support complex commercial, multifamily, institutional, and mixed-use construction projects throughout the region. This role is involved throughout the preconstruction process, from early budgeting and quantity takeoffs through bid development, value engineering, trade partner coordination, buyout, and project transition into operations. The ideal candidate has experience estimating for a general contractor and is comfortable working directly with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
