Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator will lead the estimating function for a General Contractor, preparing detailed budgets, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages for commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and large renovation projects ranging from $10M to $50M+. The role involves managing the full bid process, coordinating subcontractors, and providing cost analysis and value engineering support throughout preconstruction.
