Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction – Design/Build

The Preconstruction Manager will lead the preconstruction phase for commercial and public sector projects, overseeing cost estimation, bid solicitation, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate forecasting and successful project delivery. This role requires extensive experience in commercial construction, CMAR processes, and building strong relationships with owners, joint venture partners, and trade partners.
