About this role

The Preconstruction Manager at T5 Data Centers leads the full preconstruction lifecycle for commercial and data center projects from early concept through start of construction. The role interfaces with internal teams, clients, designers, and subcontractors to establish budgets, schedules, and logistics plans aligned with project goals. It is responsible for assembling complete proposal and estimate packages and guiding stakeholders through the design and preconstruction phases. The position is based in Atlanta, GA with occasional travel requirements.
