Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager will lead preconstruction efforts for commercial construction projects, developing estimates, budgets, bid packages, and cost models across design‑build, CMaR, negotiated, and hard‑bid delivery methods. The role collaborates with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align scope, budget, and schedule, and supports project pursuit and client‑facing presentations.
