Senior Preconstruction Estimator

The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead all preconstruction estimating activities for a Nashville-based general contractor, developing new processes and policies to efficiently estimate hard‑bid and negotiated work. The role involves preparing detailed estimates, conducting constructability analyses, compiling bid packages, and creating cost efficiencies to support a healthy pipeline of future projects.
