Predictive Maintenance Technician

The Predictive Maintenance Technician at The Hershey Company’s Hazleton Plant works to minimize equipment downtime and lifecycle costs by using predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic testing, and shaft alignment. This 1st‑shift, hourly role requires flexibility to work all shifts and weekends, and involves collaborating with vendors, analyzing equipment data, and supporting continuous improvement in a high‑speed food manufacturing environment.
