Premium Audit Technician

This role is primarily responsible for the evaluation, approval, completion, and processing of mail and phone audits within a multi-functional business unit. The position involves providing direct customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including agents, policyholders, and regulatory bureaus, to address audit inquiries and policy concerns. The incumbent will analyze audit adjustments, communicate findings, and ensure accurate classification and payroll reporting.
