Premium Analyst I

The Premium Analyst I is primarily responsible for evaluating, approving, and processing mail and phone audits within a multi-functional business unit. This role provides direct customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including agents, policyholders, and regulatory bureaus, by responding to inquiries and resolving audit-related concerns.
