Prep Cook

The Prep Cook works under the direction of the venue Sous Chef to prepare vegetables, fruits, and proteins, maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, and support efficient department operations. The role requires adherence to health codes, proper food handling, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude toward guests and colleagues.
