Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing ingredients and assisting cooks in food preparation while maintaining high quality standards. This part-time, non-exempt role involves stocking line stations, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment. The position requires effective communication with staff and the ability to fill in at other team member positions as needed.
