Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for providing remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to guests by cooking and preparing various recipes and food products according to chef-provided prep lists. The role involves preparing batch recipes, maintaining portion and quality control, and adhering to temperature guidelines and company recipes. The position requires managing all aspects of the kitchen station, including setup, prep work, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, breakdown, and storage.
