Preschool Teacher Assistant

This role assists the Lead Preschool Teacher in planning and implementing activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. The position focuses on providing a quality experience to children and parents while adhering to YMCA core values and maintaining a safe, developmentally appropriate classroom environment. The assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring health and safety compliance, and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
