Preventive Maintenance (PM) Supervisor

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Supervisor leads and executes the plant's reliability-centered preventive maintenance strategy to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency. This role oversees a team of technicians responsible for maintaining aluminum extrusion presses, cast house equipment, age ovens, and paint line operations. The position ensures maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule while driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime.
