Primary Care RN

The Primary Care RN provides nursing care to patients in a physician practice or ambulatory clinic setting, assessing patients, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and providing patient education and care coordination. This role manages triage, follow-up, and communication with patients between visits while coordinating with physicians and office staff. The position supports chronic disease management, prevention, and continuity of care through skilled outpatient nursing.
