PRIME Caseworker

The PRIME Case Worker at the International Rescue Committee provides strengths-based, client-centered case management to vulnerable refugee households, including survivors of violence and those with disabilities. This role involves navigating healthcare systems, developing self-sufficiency plans, and coordinating with external service providers to remove barriers to independence. Caseworkers support clients from arrival up to five years post-arrival to promote mobility and empowerment.
